Organizational Structure

A Board of Directors consisting of the Chief Executive Officer or his/her designated representative from each State Labor Relations Agency, which is a member of the Consortium, governs the New England Consortium of Labor Relations Agencies. The Board of Directors appoints an Executive Director of the Consortium who is responsible for the administration of its policies, the initiation and transmittal of documents and vouchers, and the keeping of the minutes of the meetings of the Board of Directors.

Additionally, a Fiscal Agent is appointed by the Board of Directors at the annual meeting and serves at the pleasure of the Board of Directors. The Fiscal Agent/Treasurer is responsible for maintaining all of the financial books, records and documents of the Consortium; receiving all revenue; paying all bills after authorization; keeping a full and complete record of all receipts and disbursements; compiling such statistics and other data as may be required by the Board of Directors; and performing such other duties as may be directed by the Consortium at its annual meeting or by the Board of Directors; as well as presenting such reports as appropriate at the annual meeting of the Consortium.
